Your FarmX account holds money and moves it. A few minutes of setup makes it much harder for anyone else to.
Transaction PIN
Set a transaction PIN under your wallet settings. It is required to confirm purchases and withdrawals, so even someone with your session cannot move funds without it. Do not reuse a PIN from another service.
Password
Use a long, unique password and change it if you have ever used it elsewhere. If your platform offers two-factor authentication, turn it on.
Know the normal prompts
- FarmX asks for your PIN inside the site, at the point of a transaction. It never asks for it by email or message.
- Withdrawals always go to a bank account you entered and that was name-verified.
- Support will never ask for your password.
If a message asks you to move funds or hand over a code, treat it as fake and check by logging in directly.
