User Agreement

This User Agreement sets out the promises you make when you use FarmX — to us, and to the other people who use it. It works alongside, and does not replace, our Terms of Service. Where this Agreement and the Terms of Service overlap, both apply; if they genuinely conflict, the Terms of Service take priority.

1. Your account

• You will open and keep only one FarmX account, in your own legal name.
• The identity, contact, banking and any other information you give us will be true, accurate and kept up to date. You will tell us promptly if it changes.
• You will keep your password and Transaction PIN confidential, will not share your login or PIN with anyone, and will not let anyone else use your account. Any activity under your account using your credentials or PIN is treated as authorised by you unless you have already reported the credentials or PIN as compromised.
• You will not buy, sell, rent, lend or transfer your account, your referral position or your referral link.

2. Acceptable use

You will use FarmX only for lawful purposes and only as the Platform is intended to be used. You will not:

• use FarmX for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion or any other unlawful activity;
• create or operate more than one account, or accounts using false, stolen or synthetic identities;
• fund your account with money or payment instruments that are not your own;
• use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access, monitor or copy the Platform, or attempt to access areas, data or accounts that are not yours;
• probe, scan, overload, disrupt or interfere with the Platform or its security, or exploit a bug, error or loophole instead of reporting it to us;
• circumvent, or try to circumvent, limits, verification steps, holds or a suspension;
• copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted.

3. Using the Referral Programme responsibly

If you share FarmX using your referral link, you do so as an independent member, not as an employee, agent or representative of FarmX. You will:

• be honest — never state or imply that Returns are guaranteed, fixed, safe or risk-free, or that FarmX is a "get rich" or guaranteed-income scheme, and always make clear that returns are variable and capital is at risk;
• not invent or exaggerate statistics, earnings, testimonials, endorsements, partnerships or regulatory approvals;
• not promise anyone a specific return or a specific level of referral earnings;
• make clear, where relevant, that you may earn a commission if the person invests;
• not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, not pressure or target vulnerable people, and comply with advertising, marketing and consumer-protection rules that apply to you;
• not impersonate FarmX, use its name or logo in a way that suggests you are FarmX or speak for it, or run websites, pages, groups or ads that could be mistaken for official FarmX channels;
• not create fake sign-ups, self-referrals, or incentivise bogus deposits or investments to trigger commissions.

4. Content you submit

Anything you send us or post through the Platform (for example support messages) must be accurate, lawful and not defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or misleading. You grant FarmX a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of operating the Platform and responding to you. We may remove content that breaches this Agreement.

5. Consequences of breach

If you breach this Agreement, the Terms of Service or any policy, we may — depending on how serious and how repeated the breach is — issue a warning, remove content, restrict or disable features (including your referral link), withhold or claw back commissions, hold or reverse transactions, suspend or permanently close your account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. We will act proportionately, but we may act immediately and without notice for serious breaches or where required by law.

6. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The current version is always on the Platform, and material changes will be notified. Continuing to use FarmX after a change means you accept it.
