Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
These Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct apply to everyone who uses FarmX — on the Platform, in our support channels, and anywhere you promote FarmX using a referral link. They exist to keep FarmX honest, safe and lawful. Breaking them can cost you your referral link, your commissions, or your account.
1. Be honest about FarmX
- Never say or imply that Returns are guaranteed, fixed, safe or risk-free, or that FarmX is a "get rich", "passive income for life" or guaranteed-income scheme.
- Always make clear that Returns are variable, that a Cycle or a whole investment can lose value, and that capital is at risk.
- Do not invent or exaggerate statistics, earnings screenshots, testimonials, endorsements, partnerships, awards or regulatory approvals.
- Do not promise anyone a specific return, a specific timeframe, or a specific level of referral earnings.
2. Respect other people
Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual content, doxxing (publishing someone's private information), and abusive or aggressive behaviour toward FarmX staff or other Users — in support tickets, live chat, or any FarmX-run group or channel — are not allowed.
3. Referral marketing conduct
- You promote FarmX as an independent member, not as an employee, agent or spokesperson. Say so where it matters, and disclose that you may earn a commission.
- Do not impersonate FarmX, or use its name, logo or branding in a way that suggests you are FarmX, speak for it, or run an official channel. Do not register domains, social accounts, groups or ads that could be mistaken for official FarmX channels.
- No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging. No pressure selling. Do not target children or people who are vulnerable or in financial difficulty.
- Follow the advertising, marketing and consumer-protection rules that apply where you and your audience are.
4. Do not manipulate or abuse the Platform
- No creating multiple or fake accounts, self-referrals, or fake or inactive downlines.
- No coordinated or circular activity designed to trigger commissions or rewards.
- No bots, scrapers or automation. No probing or interfering with the Platform's security.
- If you find a bug or loophole, report it to us — do not exploit it. Exploiting a flaw for gain is treated as fraud.
5. Keep it legal
Do not use FarmX, or promote it, for anything unlawful. Comply with the AML & Fraud Policy, the Terms of Service and the User Agreement.
6. Content standards
Anything you post or send through the Platform must not be false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harassing.
7. Enforcement
Depending on how serious and how repeated a breach is, we may:
- give you guidance or a warning;
- remove content;
- restrict or disable features, including your referral link;
- claw back commissions connected with the breach;
- suspend your account;
- close your account permanently;
- report the matter to the relevant authorities.
We aim to act proportionately and usually start at a lower step, but we may go straight to suspension or closure for serious breaches — such as fraud, false "guaranteed return" claims, impersonation of FarmX, or abuse of staff — or where the law requires it. 8. Reporting a breach
If you see someone breaking these Guidelines, report it through the Contact page. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
9. Changes
We may update these Guidelines. The current version, with its last-updated date, is always on the Platform.
