Everything on FarmX is paid from your wallet, so funding it is the first step. There are a couple of routes.
Card and instant transfer
Paying through Paystack with a card or a supported instant transfer is the fastest route. The balance usually updates within minutes of the payment clearing.
Manual bank transfer
You transfer to the account shown and submit proof. The team confirms it and credits your wallet. This is slower — it depends on the transfer landing and on review — but it is useful where card payment is not an option.
If a deposit is late
- Card payment: check whether your bank actually debited you. A failed authorisation will not credit the wallet.
- Manual transfer: make sure you submitted the reference and proof. Confirmation cannot happen without them.
- Give it a reasonable window before raising a ticket, and include the payment reference when you do.
