Moving your returns to your bank

Once a gain is in your wallet, getting it to your bank is a short process with a few checks along the way. Here is the whole thing.

Before you can withdraw

  • The money must be in your wallet balance. Gains sitting inside an active holding are not withdrawable until you realise them — either withdraw profit from the holding or wait for maturity.
  • Your account needs to be verified to the level your platform requires (email, and KYC where enabled).
  • You need a transaction PIN set.

Making the request

Open Withdraw, choose the bank method, and enter the amount and your account details. FarmX verifies the account number against the bank and shows you the resolved account name. Check that name carefully — it is your last chance to catch a wrong digit.

Fees and limits

The withdrawal method sets any minimum, maximum and fee. These are shown on the request screen before you confirm, and the fee is deducted from the amount sent, not added on top.

Processing

After you confirm with your PIN, the request enters the processing queue. Bank transfers are reviewed and released by the team; timing depends on your bank and the review load. You can follow the status under withdrawal history.

If something stalls

A withdrawal can be held if the account name does not match, if verification is incomplete, or during a routine check. The history page shows the reason. Fix that and the request continues — you do not need to start again.
